Conference registration and guest room check-in begins at 3:00pm on Friday.

The Renaissance is situated 2 miles from Washington Reagan National Airport (DCA), and the hotel offers free airport shuttles that run every 15-20 minutes. Guests arriving at other airports will be responsible for finding their own local transportation to the hotel.
The conference registration fee is $375 per person. This fee includes all conference materials, continental breakfast Saturday and Sunday morning, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, and admittance to the William Wilberforce Award Banquet Saturday evening.
Guests attending ONLY the William Wilberforce Award Banquet but no other sessions during the weekend do not pay the conference fee of $375, but do pay a special Wilberforce Award banquet fee of $100 per person.
Included in the conference package are continental breakfast Saturday and Sunday morning, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks Friday afternoon – Sunday morning, and a plated dinner at the William Wilberforce Award Banquet Saturday evening. Guests are responsible for their dinner Friday evening, and lunch on Saturday and Sunday. The hotel has a café and restaurant and other dining options are within walking distance of the hotel.
Dress for the conference is business casual. Dress for the Wilberforce Award banquet is business attire.
