My prayers are with Chuck and his family.  I'm so glad that I met him in Atlanta a few months ago.  He gives so much of himself and his faith and passion have changed the culture to true Christianity.  I also will pray for all the prisoners that have truly been called by Christ and responded.  They will be the ones that carry on with the life changing message because they know Christ and the power of Jesus to change hearts.   Betty

May our heavenly Father God bless you, Chuck, with a physical healing from the disease that has afflicted you. I pray for your comfort through the diligence of doctors and medical staff. May you feel peace through the abiding love offered by your family and friends. So many have learned of the love of Christ through your efforts. Thank you for your dedication to the Lord's work in the prison system. I pray in the name of Jesus for His favor to be on you and your family.        Janice

We pray that the Lord will yet spare Chuck for at least another decade.  His life and work has been a blessing and inspiration to many and this world needs many more like him.  He is a testimony to God's grace and power to change lives.  May the Lord strengthen and encourage his family at this time.   RICHARD

Our prayers are with Chuck and his family. He has touched our lives in a very real way through his books and prison ministry.  Though the angels will rejoice to welcome him home, perhaps soon, we will all miss him so terribly.     Tammy

I cannot begin to express how I feel about the man of God Chuck Colson is.  He is a true example of what Christ can do to change lives and use them mightily for His Kingdom.  He has not been afraid to stand up and speak the Word of God boldly as His soldier, nor fear intimidation from the world as a result. He has challenged us to do the same.  My heart is so sad for all the family and I especially feel for Max.  I have volunteered at Joni & Friends Family Retreats for 5 years or so and worked with people with disabilities for years.  To Max, I say, bless you, my friend and may you feel Jesus close to your heart.  We send our love to all of you.    C. Jean

Chuck Colson has made a huge impact on my life and will continue to be long after he leaves this world. I have always loved hearing his voice on Focus on the Family and other radio shows, he has great wisdom and kindness. Founding Prison Fellowship and Angel Tree are his shining accomplishments to the Glory of God. Thank You God for Chuck Colson!                Becky

Our family is praying with the Colsons as they await God's perfect will for Chuck in this time of illness.  We are so grateful for Chuck's ministry and devotion to the Lord these many years.  May the God of all Comforts and Mercies be with the Colson family during this time.  God Bless,  Rev. Larry Robinson Larry

Chuck's life has been an inspiration to thousands of men and women in prison. His calling to prison ministry elevated the church's awareness of this field to a level that it had never before reached. And although PF was not the first on the prison ministry scene, the global impact of the organization swept in a tide that caused ALL the boats to rise by the sheer visibility that Chuck brought to this often neglected field. Thank you, Chuck; the effort was not in vain and, by God's grace, will continue to impact the Church of Jesus Christ (both inside and out)for years to come.    Lennie

My prayers are with Chuck and his family.  I'm praying that God will restore his health so that he can continue his ministry on this earth and be loved by his family.                Elizabeth

May the Lord continue to pour His Grace & Mercy upon you Mr. Colson.  I pray that His supernatural powers will restore you to us, but if His Will is to take you Home I know, that I know, that I know...you are ready to celebrate the Blessings that await you...a true contemporary saint, who has provided deep insight into the magnificence of our Christian Worldview, and the Joy we can expect both here, as we strive to glorify our Lord, and especially when He brings us to His Heavenly Home!  May all of us come to deeply understand the brevity of our 'short night in a cheap hotel', and continue to call upon Christ to make an impact for His Kingdom, as you have done.  soli Deo gloria!      Bruce

Augustine said,"When God accepts your service, you are immortal until your work is done."       Bill

May God be with you Chuck. You will soon hear "well done, my good and faithful servant." We will miss you so much here. Thank God for your ministries and your towering presence here.              Kevin Elwell

I still remember the Bible Verse Chuck taught us when he came and spoke to our tiny church near Forest Lake, MN just after he was out of prison: "If my people, which are called by my name shall humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and heal their land." He interspersed this verse all night having us repeat and commit it to memory. Almost 40 years later it is still there. Thanks Chuck for your stand.     Karen

Dearest Chuck...   Thank you from me and so many others for your amazing and far reaching ministry that continues to grow even today.   I worked on the staff of H.R. Haldeman in the West Wing of the White House at the same time you were there. Your reputation in the West Wing halls was always that of a spotless, quick thinking, fight the good fight, great guy. I want you and your family to know how dramatic and powerful your turn to God has been to me personally. Bravo and thank God for Chuck Colson. Thank you from me and all the millions like me for your ministry and the sharing of your first moments leading to your conversion as you spoke with Tom Culligan, now Senior Vice President of Raytheon, in his home that fateful night that changed your life and led you to be a great example of how to "let go and let God." Thank you for sharing the joy as you read the paperback book Tom sent home with you, C.S. Lewis' "Mere Christianity". Thank you for saying it was "pride" that led the way at the White House. We were all so very proud of where we worked and were in awe of the power. I felt exactly as you did. What you said about how you felt when those phone calls came to you from the President... pure adrenaline. Only God could beat that earthly high! Thank you for pointing out how easy and delightful it is to start giving your life to God, "letting God rather than letting man." It makes life's path so much more meaningful and adds grace, giving comfort and direction, when we place faith in a higher power that is so accepting and full of grace. I too testified before the Watergate Grand Jury and felt the need to continue supporting the President.  It took me many years to realize my views were backed by pride and the feeling of power for the office. There was a lot of good accomplished, but there was also mistakes made in the name of the office of the President. There came a time for each man to stand alone and that's when you took the high road and stood with God. I am overwhelmed with joy at how you chose to loose your pride and follow God in your life. I am grateful for your example.  Your worldly life, as always, is in God's hands, so not to worry!   Much love to Patty and the family in this difficult time. My thoughts and prayers will remain with you all...  LynRae MClintock (former West Wing Secretary   Staff of H.R. Haldeman)  lrmcclintock@gmail.com

Mr. Colson  I am praying for you out of gratitude to our good and gracious God for raising up courageous and brilliant and energetic saints like yourself who lead Christ's church and proclaim His gospel to the imprisoned and the privileged lost with steadfast love. Tom Redmond, WA

I am praying for Chuck, Patty, and their family, as well as the ministry staff.  I am asking God to give Chuck many more years just as He gave King Hezekiah more years when he was facing a serious illness.                  Jan

Chuck and Family,  Sad for the earthly view but excited for the journey. My wife slipped out of her beat-up body and into the loving arms of Jesus three years ago at 58 years of age. She used to look after your eyes at the Montgomery Eye Center. Ellie will surely be one of the many welcoming you home on that day. Chuck Montgomery is also a close friend of mine.   Chuck, you have been an inspiration in my street ministry for years and I enjoyed meeting you a few times. God's timing is always perfect in all things.   Blessings of His love all over you and your family.  Jim Best

What a warrior for the kingdom of our Lord Chuck is, our deepest prayers go out for his recovery and his dear wife and family at this time, what a hope we have as believers and followers of Christ Grant and Penny young

Chuck, Happy and family: our prayers are with each of you. As family-in-law, we have been blessed by you, your testimony, your books and your presence in our lives. The Lord is good and His mercy everlasting.  Kathy and Ken

I still believe Chuck is too young to leave us and he has so much to give.  I continue to pray for a miracle but want you to know how much Chuck has impacted me and my family in standing for our Christian Worldview.  Chuck is one of the most profoundly influential men of the 20th century.                Naomi

To Chucks family - Please pray for 'us' too!I believe there are many who like me not only looked with anticipation for Chuck,s every word of wisdom, but have come to conunt on, to depend on our friend. Indeed much more that a firend, he is a vital part of 'our fanily'. Our loss is huge! We are hurting also! Thank you for sharing him all these years. My prayers are for you to have God's peace and strength, both now and forever more.  Love in Christ, Chaplain JT Hager

With sincere prayers for God's perfect will to be accomplished in the lives of Chuck and his precious family--especially Patty and Max and Max's mom.    Of course, only the Lord knows if this is the time Chuck will receive his crowns in Heaven for the 40 years he has faithfully served Jesus... or if the Great Physician will see fit to reach down and place His hand of healing on our brother-in-Christ, so that he'll have many more years on earth with his family and with those who serve faithfully with him through the various ministries Chuck has founded.  Only time will tell.    God bless those of you who serve alongside Chuck, and those who, like me, have been blessed tremendously throughout these many years since he came to Christ.  He will be missed greatly... whether departing in the near future--or in years to come!  Beverly

Thank you for your ministries, Mr. Colson.   God has certainly used the best of you over the decades.  May the Lord heal you on earth or in Heaven.  Love and Best Regards to you & family  In Christ, -- Carl

Chuck has been a huge inspiration...and motivation to me...and I'm sure many others..with his God Given wisdom.    Praying for Chuck and you all!!   Mark

Dear Mr Colson & Family,  Our thoughts and prayers are surely with you and your family. I do pray for God to give you strength during your illness now and the days ahead.   Your ministry through Prison Fellowship, Angel Tree, Breakpoint and your efforts with the Manhattan Declaration and Doing the Right Thing have been such a blessing to me and so many around the globe.  May God Be With You & Bless You,  Bev Mauch & Family

4/20/2012  We are deeply sorry to hear about Mr Colson being in critical condition and we are praying for Jesus to do a miracle and heal him.  Chuck words of Godly wisdom will be sorely missed if God does call him home.  Please let Chuck's family know that we are feverently praying for you all.  With His Love Kathy and Stu Eckhaus Elgin, Illinois

I was actually first introduced to you, Chuck Colson through Dr. James Dobson's radio show, Focus on the Family.  I liked what I heard from you, and I've followed you ever since.  I'm praying for your family and prayerfully surrounding you with Jesus's love.       Priscilla

Dear Chuck and family "The Lord bless you and protect you;  The Lord make his face to shine upon you,  and be gracious to you  The Lord lift up his countenance upon you  and give you peace.  I do ask our loving Heavenly Father to keep you in His care - may you know His grace and comfort and strength and peace and joy, always, through our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.  He is able to keep you and nothing can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus.  From Toronto, Ontario, Canada Victoria

Our prayers remain with brother Colson and his family. You have been and will remain a gift from God to all of us. May you continue to feel God's strong and gentle arms wrapped around all of you. May God pours His blessings on all of you.                Cynthia

We are praying for Chuck and his family and that his legacy will Live and prosper.   And we look forward too spending Eternity with Chuck and his family also.   Thanks for all you have done and your influence on so many lives.  The lord is awesome and covers us like a mother Hen.  Thanks again,  Lin & family

My prayers go up for Mr. Colson & his family.  He has been an inspiration to me and, selfishly, I hope God will heal him.  I know it is better for him to be with Jesus, but we need him here.  I pray that the Holy Spirit will comfort his family & friends & strenghten them during this difficult time.       Pat

Thank you Chuck for your steadfast faith in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, by your life, and writings and deeds on behalf of Prison Fellowship. I am praying for you and your family and know that God is Holy & Sovereign. You have been a guiding light in the malaise of post modernism today and your stand for the truth, once delivered. May the God of glory uphold you and your loved ones at this time, and we will meet again in the Heavenly Kingdom of our Lord's making. Thank You Chuck and God's speed! Henry

To Patty and all of Chuck's family.  Chuck's healing has been in my prayers over the past few weeks. I am selfishly praying that God will restore him to health and ministry.  I have been so challenged by the words that our Lord planted in Chuck's heart over the last few years. Both in the books he has authored and the Breakpoint transcripts that he has shared. God has repeatedly used Chuck to teach me a better way to live out my faith. I can think of fewer believers who have worked so tirelessly and effectively in the "evangelizing" the church to be about her divine tasks.  "Now may the Lord of peach himself give you peace at all times and in every way. The Lord be with all of you." 2 Thess. 3:16  Stuart

Chuck Colson is an irreplaceable Christian hero.  I have long regarded him as the "Churchill" of our difficult age.  In a time of incredible confusion and darkness, his has been a strong hand, and stronger voice, pointing True North, inspiring hearts and minds and changing thousands of lives for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. His example, his wisdom, and loving courage will be sorely, sorely missed.  Heartfelt thanks to God and to his family for sharing this "great lion of God" with us these many years. "Blessed is the man who fears the Lord....his righteousness endures forever; his horn is exalted in honor."  (Ps. 112)                     Ann

So grateful for your life and ministry. Asking for a miracle and trusting God's power, grace and goodness.  I know you believe with all your heart Paul's words: "To live is Christ. To die is gain."                Rob

For several years I volunteered with Prison Fellowship Ministries in the Angel Tree project.  I always was grateful for the chance to help the children.   Then two years ago, my son was arrested and is now in prison,  I am so grateful for what Chuck has done to help my family.   I am so thankful for the things he has done to help prisoners and their families.   Being a mother of an inmate is a very scary, very lonely place to be.  I am so thankful for Chuck being willing to use his time, talent and resources to help those on prison.   I am keeping Chuck, his family and the Prison Fellowship Ministry family in my prayers.  I do thank God for Chuck.          susan

Chuck has been such an inspiration and encouragement to me over the years.  I am praying that he might recover, but I also know that he cannot lose - being in the presence of the Lord can only be gain for him!  May his family find comfort in knowing that he will be in the glorious presnce of Jesus when no longer in their presence - and that we will all be together again soon!         Jennifer

PRAYERS FOR MAX AND EMILY  I'm praying specifically for Max, that God will speak to his heart in ways no one else can and comfort him.  I also pray he gets a vision of heaven and deep realization in his spirit that his Granddad will be only a small journey away, should the Lord take him home.  I have a daughter on the autism spectrum, I read Dancing With Max, and I love this family from afar.  God's Blessings to Emily and Max, Leigh Reeves Sanford, NC

I have always admired your great strength and leadership. My prayers go out to you and your family.     Richard

We have appreciated your work and life over the years.  Our main contact with you has been by radio  God's blessings on you,  George Cheek and Merle Cheek

If it is the Lord's will, may He heal Chuck and allow him to continue to minister so powerfully to so many, at a time when leaders like Chuck are desperately needed. God bless his family.              susan

Chuck's story is a remarkable, vivid demonstration of the redemptive power of the Gospel. The Christian message is one of Hope, and my hope now is that Chuck gets better. If it's the Lord's will to call him home, may his family find peace, and may his legacy endure and serve as inspiration for countless others to find Jesus and serve Him, just as I was inspired by his example.             Rafael

Your extended family in Christ here at Elim Christian Services gives thanks for you, and prays that the peace and assurance of our risen Savior Jesus Christ - that you so faithfully proclaimed, will be yours in every way during this difficult time.     Bill, Elim Christian Services

I agree with all and Chuck's family who loves him dearly that the healing power of our God is making you stronger in the Name of Jesus our Lord and Savior. The blood shed for us is at work in Chuck! Jesus has redeemed us from the curse of the law being made a curse for us! Chuck is healed! God is in control!             Diane

I am grieving, as humans do, that we may no longer have Chuck with us on this earth, but I rejoice in knowing what is in store for him!  He has made such an impact for the Lord all over the world and I pray that those of us who will be left behind can carry on that work as dutifully and compassionately as he did.  I've never had the pleasure of meeting Chuck, but look forward to the day when I meet him in Heaven and can thank him personally.  God bless the Colson family at this very difficult time.           Nancy

Our hearts are heavy, while still praying for a miracle.  Our thoughts and prayers go out for the family.  In His love, Pete and Mary Lou Geis

Dear Colson Family, I am a ladies' bible study teacher in Wyoming and Southern California and just want you to know I will be praying for your family to have peace during this difficult time. Chuck Colson has impacted my life deeply. I often refer to him in my teachings and have shared countless articles he wrote with others. We are losing an amazing Christian soldier but thank the Lord we are losing him to our real home in eternity where will all meet again.  God's loving blessings over all of you and thank you Chuck Colson for helping me to grow into a woman who knows the Truth! Love, Deborah B.

My prayers to one of my heroes in the faith. I have followed you and your writings since your conversion and imprisonment when I was in college.   You are truly such a testimony to the power of God, both for a changed life and for one that has so powerfully impacted the kingdom. If it is time for you to enter that kingdom, it has certainly been a life well lived. May more of us have such lives.   My prayers are also to your family and ministries that they may carry on even stronger than before.    Chuck

Praying for you, your family, and your staff.  May God comfort and strengthen you now and at all times, as He works His good and perfect will in our lives here and hereafter.     Tim

My thoughts and prayers go out to Chuck, his family, and to all those associated with Prison Fellowship. May Heaven open over everyone!                Paul

Praying for you and yours. I and my family are thankful for your love and obedience toward God, the Father, His Son, Jesus Christ, and through the power of the Holy Spirit.  To Him be the glory and honor.              Liz

Continuing to lift up Chuck, Patty & the family in prayer.                Linda

Our thoughts and prayers are with you. We thank God for how He has worked through you on earth through your ministry. You've mentored me for years through your writings.    Anne

May his Lord and ours grant special comfort an strength, by the Holy Spirit. We pray for a miracle, but we leave our brother Chuck in the hands of Him who alone knows best.           Dwight

My prayers for the family and Brother Colson     Robert

Thank you, Father, for Mr. Colson.  The prayers here are so beautiful.  All I keep asking is that God BE with Chuck and his family.  Somehow I know that is a prayer God will answer.  What an inspiration this man is and continues to be.  I listen to him on the radio here in Santa Cruz.  Always timely and I often have to wait until he is done before I can leave the car.  He makes me late sometimes! :) But being late with a Good Word is worth it!  I always learn something.  And God's timing is perfect.  Thank you for keeping us informed. God Bless you all.   In Christ's Love, Joy

Thank you, Chuck, for your heroic stand for the truth of the Gospel and presenting such an beautiful apologetic with our life!  You have fought the good fight, you have powerfully contended for the faith, and now you will join the mighty men you have triumphed all these years!!  Jesus will surely say, "Well done good and faithful servant!"  We will miss you here, but your strong legacy will echo through the annals of history for centuries to come...you will join the pages of the great men of faith you taught about so eloquently...men like Martin Luther, William Wilberforce, C.S. Lewis, Francis Schaffer...you stand among giants!  Thank  you for your faithfulness to our Lord and Savior and thank you for your mentorship unaware to me and countless others who read your books and your daily updates! I pray that the Lord will bless the ministry you leave behind, that He will watch over and give the peace that passes understanding to your wife, Patty, and your children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren!  See you soon my friend!         Tim

Praying that the LORD's will be done in Mr. Colson's life.  To GOD be the glory for the great things HE has done through HIS servant, Charles Colson.               Rebecca

God bless you, Mr. Colson.  Your program on the radio has been an inspiration to me, as has the way you have lived your life since finding Christ.  I am praying for you and your family.     Steve

You have been an inspiration to me and I thank God for your clear call to Christian living. You are in my prayers. Blessings, Ruth

Through the years I have learned so much from this mans witness, testimony and messages.  I Praise God for your ministry and my wife and I will continue to pray that Gods Will Be Done.  May Chuck and your family be at peace and comforted at this time.  It is with the strength of Chucks faith and his heart that I look forward to sharing in the kingdom.  May Gods Grace be upon you all.                   Barry

Mr. Chuck Colson is such a great thinker, teacher, and lover of Jesus.  As I have followed his family story, I often find myself thinking of him more as a husband, father and GRANDPA.  For the Colson Family and "Grandpa" I am praying.  I know the Holy Spirit will comfort each of you. I am also praying that as this servant of Jesus is welcomed home to Heaven, the world will be impacted by a renewed and accurate telling of his life story.  We should all be challenged to live such an impactful life for the Kingdom of Jesus Christ.  Sending Love, Susan

I am praying for Mr. Colson and his family. I'm saddened at the thought of losing a giant of the faith, but I am so thankful he has been so faithful.  May we all try and fill his shoes and carry on his legacy.       MeLane

Chuck, We continue to pray God's will for you and your family--for His peace, comfort and strength. You have been a voice for Christ (a modern day Paul!) that our country and culture so desperately needs. We pray for healing, restoration. God bless.  -- Marc    C.

My family will continue to pray for your healing and recovery as well as for Patty and your family. It makes me sad to know this has  happened to such a wonderful person. Hopefully I will see u again with Gods grace. Bless you and your family. Your friend, Jennifer

Every morning on my way to work I benefit from listening to Breakpoint.  I am so thankful for  Chuck and every issue that he stands for.  His intelligent views and opinions can be trusted.  It is so clear and encouraging how he loves our Lord God and he loves the Truth.  Our country needs him.  We need his sound guidance.                 Jenny

It was Chuck Colson whom the Lord used to teach me what a Biblical Christian worldview is and  how vitally important it is for the Christian {not only to grasp these principles but to pass these necessary truths on) that is the foundation of an un-wavering  faith in Christ Jesus. Thank you Mr. Colson. Please don't go home yet. This is my very selfish plea.        Gloria

Thank you so much for your faithfulness and testimony of God's grace.  How much we have appreciated your work.  We have a friend who became a Christian while in jail because of Prison Fellowship.  Thank you - We are praying for you.                Carolann

God bless and keep you in this time. I pray that if it is in His good will, He will bless Mr. Colson with a healing miracle.       Kim

I want to let you know you are my hero, encouragement, mentor, and insipration. And you also a prophetic voice in this generation that many Christians and non-believers alike need to pay attention to. Your illness saddens my heart. I pray that the greatest mercy from our Great Shepherd will be granted to you and your family.      Caleb

To Chuck and his family,  I have been praying and thinking of Chuck and you all.  Please know that God the Father has shown great mercy to his most distinguished and humble servant.  I personally want to see Chuck gone for another 25 years; however, Father God may have other plans for my brother in Christ.  May the Holy Spirit bring you God's peace and console your hearts with the joy of knowing that Chuck has and will continue to be a great blessing to all of us.  You and he are in my prayers.    Grace and peace from our Father, Edward F. Flores Dallas, Texas      Edward

You have been a wonderful educator in my life. Thanks you for preaching God's word and giving us encouragement. God bless you and give you comfort.                Matt

May God's comfort and healing hand be w/ Chuck and his family members during this very difficult time...(Note:  I dedicate my Bible study on the apostle John's Logos doctrine (1:1-2) to Chuck. For I know it's something very dear to his heart). God speed, Jimmy.

Wishing Chuck and family the peace that only Christ our Savior gives us. Chuck's books have blest me and I thank God for Chuck's eloquence and insights. Truly, the sky is not falling--God reigns! I pray for a miracle of healing and God's will to be done.    John

Chuck, you have encouraged and inspired me and my family in so many ways by your commentaries, books, speaking engagements and personal testimony.  May God overwhelm you and your family with His Peace and Healing during this difficult time. Love in Christ!! Eva & Virginia

May God's abundant love and grace surround  all of you as you continue to remain present to Chuck in ICU. Blessings, Bonnie  Bonnie

I am reminded of "Valiant for truth" from Pilgrim's Progress as he waited for the Father's call: "Then said he, I am going to my Father’s; and though with great difficulty I have got hither, yet now I do not repent me of all the trouble I have been at to arrive where I am. My sword I give to him that shall succeed me in my pilgrimage, and my courage and skill to him that can get it. My marks and scars I carry with me, to be a witness for me that I have fought His battles who will now be my rewarder. When the day that he must go hence was come, many accompanied him to the river-side, into which as he went, he said, Death, where is thy sting? And as he went down deeper, he said, Grave, where is thy victory? [1 Cor. 15:55.] So he passed over, and all the trumpets sounded for him on the other side."       Vickie

I pray that you will get better if that is the Lord's wishes.  I have read some of your books.  I will pray that you will be back on your feet soon and feeling much better. I am sure that all your efforts for prison fellowship have been well appreciated it must have taken alot of courage to start that. I pray that you and your family receive all that peace, joy, and faith that you can get. God be with you.            Anne

For Mr. Colson and His Family,  May God's road rise to greet you.   May the wind be always at your backs. And may the Lord always hold you in the hollow of His hand.  With heaartfelt prayers.         Kay

We've have admired your love and faithfulness to the Lord as we've watched you live out your dedication to Him all these years. You have been one raised up by the Lord to meet the challenges of this generation.   May His grace and peace envelop you and your family now in the journey He has laid out for you.   Thank you, Chuck.  Love in Christ, Jan

Chuck was a true example of Jesus to the church and to the world. May God's Peace and Comfort surround Chuck and his family. Andrea

Chuck:   Thank you for your passion for Jesus, and for your dedicated ministry to those in prison.  May God give you His strength and peace.  We follow your example by following hard after Jesus and being salt and light in our world.  May God also uphold your family.                Janet

Dear Chuck & Patty,  We pray daily that "Thy will be done".  Chuck has brought hope to the hopeless, comfort to the weary and salvation to the lost through God's word.  I know because my husband is one of them.  May God Bless both of you and your family and remember Hebrews 13:5 "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you."   Judy

Because of you Im teaching bible study in Kingman AZ Prison. You are an inspiration to me.         James Lee

Dear Chuck and Family,       In America's days of spiritual darkness we need Chuck's clear call like a watchman on the wall to return to God.  If the Lord does not call Chuck home during Chuck's current illness, I pray he is completely healed and restored to his family and vital work in America's time of great need.  God's blessing for the challenges ahead.  With God's Love,  Rob  Orlando, FL

My dear brother, Chuck, Godspeed...  May your wonderful reflection of His light continue to transform lives for and to Him as your legacy continues to grow....  We pray that a miracle will leave you with us for some time, but we know that in any case, your life well lived for Him will be a model for many, many to come...  And I pray for peace and healing for your family...  With eternity's values in view...              Mason

In the 1980's I begn making Teddy Bears. I was listening Chuck talk about the Prison Ministry and gifts for the inmates at Christmas. I was so moved by his passion that I boxed up my very first bear and sent it to him for the children. We will miss him but oh how he goes to a greater reward and what a crown he will receive. Rose

I  have been an admirer of you and what you do for the body of Christ. My prayers are going up to the Father for you and your precious family!  I lost my father early this year and the pain is hard but God has been a constant source of strength and encouragement during that time....be strong brother Colson and I am sure God will give you strenght as well as for the entire  family.  Pastor Mike Monge

The Colson family has been in our prayers for some time. May God continue to give you Shalom. Chaplain Josue Delgado.

Dear Chuck, Patty, and family,  I just got the news today that Jesus may become sweeter today.  I am praying for you all.  I pray that if it is in God's will, you live and continue to show others how much Jesus loves them, if not, I pray that Patty and the rest of the family feel God's embrace through this difficult time.    God Bless you all.                Stephanie

Jesus please be with Mr. Colson.  He has been a beckon light, and father to many with his honest failings and triumphant victories.  We need more examples of a good man and father, courage and faith, he has been one of the fathers I look to for mentoring for many years. Blessings and Love to his family.  Thank-you Lord Barbara

I am praying for Chuck and the family.  Chuck's ministry has touched countless people.  Praise God for all you've done, dear brother.               John

I was planning on going to meet Chuck a year ago just to shake his hand and thank him for mentoring me unaware for 30+ years. Now I have one more thing to look forward to in heaven.  See you in Glory!           Tim

Like thousands of others, my sincerest thoughts and prayers go to Chuck and his loving family.  Thank you for your exemplary service to all of us through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  I have learned so much and hope to learn much more from your ministry.  Mostly, truly Speaking the Truth in Love.  Bill

Although I have only learned of you just yesterday, it is clear that you are a great man of God, and have made an impact on many lives.I have asked many people to pray for you. May God's will be done whatever it is.      Abe

I will miss his persuasive thoughts regarding worldview.  It is through him that I have had my faith uplifted and strengthened, through his story and his many books.  I consider him one of my very favorite authors.  Prayers and sympathy for Mr Colson's family.  Terri, Edmonton Canada

Chuck Colson is a one-of-a-kind.  I have learned so much from him, and frankly, can't imagine a world without him.  He has a way of articulating the truth that just astonishes me.  I am selfishly praying for his recovery, and for him to continue doing what he has done for so many years through  PRISON FELLOWSHIP and BREAKPOINT.  May God comfort his family and offer them peace. Kathy

All of us owe a debt of gratitude for Churck Colson's leadership among us.  My wife and I are praying for Chuck, Patty and the entire family during these hours and days that God's perfect will would be realized and that the Holy Spirit would hover over them and envelope them in his care and love.         Phil

My prayers are with Chuck and his family. I've been so encouraged over the years to stand strong for truth in a culture of lies by Chuck's work and words. As a pastor in a denomination that has gone over to apostasy this is my current challenge...to stand for truth whatever happens to my church. There is great cost in this. Thank you, Chuck, for paying the cost of truth in your life. In Christ, Stephen

What a Great Man of God!  Mr. Colson's life example and teachings have made such an impact on our Church family here at Hope Community Church, Winston-Salem, NC.  Much Love and Prayers go to Mr. and Mrs. Chuck Colson and their precious family!  Linda

God's will is going to be done always. My prayers for Mr. Colson are that God be glorified in his life, his family and his ministry for ever, amen.   God bless you.              Aurelio

C'mon BELLINGHAM PRAY ERS!  4 Chuck (in God's Hands)             Linda

Thank you for your ministry, praying for you.      Laurie

As soon as I heard about Chuck's collapse, I began praying and so did my church.  I grieve at the thought of his bright light leaving our world.  God's will be done.  God be with the Colson family.  God be with this wonderful ministry.      Jeanne

Praying God's grace be powerfully with the family and ministries of Chuck Colson.  He has been such a powerfully articulate and passionate servant of God in so many areas of our culture.  We can ill afford to lose such Christian leaders, but know God is moving and working even now in his life.  If Chuck will soon be home with the Lord, he will be whole and welcomed to a much earned rest in the presence of his Savior.        Robert

Dear Chuck,  We love you and are praying for your health.  We know God is with you his faithful servant and we are trusting Him to heal you because we still need you here on this Earth.  We appreciate you so much, and thank you for allowing God to use you to impact the world, and all of us, for His Honor and Glory.   Lou Ann Woerner

My prayers for Chuck have continued since the Friday night at the Wilberforce Forum.  No one has impacted my adult faith journey more than Chuck.  His books and daily BreakPoints have taught me so much and opened me to new means of living more to the glory of God, sharing my faith, and communicating clearly the Biblical Worldview.  The Centurions training increased my commitment to do more for God's glory through local involvement in the issues of life, liberty and marriage, in teaching Doing the Right Thing and now in the Breaking the Spiral of Silence movement.  I have been blessed and seen the way Chuck has blessed his family, friends, and co-laborers in the vineyard.  I will continue to hold Chuck and all of you--family and friends--in prayer, knowing that if this is the time for him to be called home that he will be greeted with "Well done, good and faithful servant".  And if healing is God's plan that Chuck will be restored to continuing his ministry.  Roger Shumaker (C-6)

What a tremendous man of God! I pray God will bless you all with the peace that passes all understanding! Chuck is a testimony to what one man can do, and he has touched so many lives with the transforming power of Jesus Christ!  May the God of all comfort grant you all an overwhelming sense of His presence during this difficult time!  God Bless Chuck and the entire Colson family!              Kelly

Dear Chuck,      Susan and I are praying for you and your dear family many times a day.  Thank you so much for your love for Jesus, Christian example and faithfulness.  Thank you too for all the work you have done for ECT.  Thank you for your friendship.  Timothy and I are so grateful for your love and concern for us and your partnership in the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  But we are only two of thousands who could say the same thing.  You mean so much to all your friends.  We care about you very much.  The Lord be with you, Chuck, and your dear wife.  John

I met Chuck Colson many years ago in church in Naples, Florida. My mother tried to introduce me and while polite, he couldn't run away fast enough. I concluded that he didn't like the celebrity treatment.  I always thought he was a great man of God and admired his prison ministry. He has  fought the good fight, finished the race and kept the faith. My prayers are with him and his family.                Tom S.

How rare it is to actually get to meet one's hero, let alone work with him and get to see him close up.  Such a joy!  Our times have needed someone whom God could not only change but grow and deepen in His spirit as the years went on.  Your life stands as a great witness to God's grace and His willingness to change us into someone better.  For opening up to Him as He reached out to you, thank you.  You have lived a life that has glorified God and brought hope to so many prisoners, their family members, and those who search earnestly for a relationship with God.    Thank you for your good heart and thank God for what He wrought in you!  And for all the  hours of support given your efforts by Patty, Emily, Max, and the rest of your family, we are truly grateful.            Stephen

As I type this I can't express how much you have blessed me over the years.  I'm having a hard time reading my.screen via the tears.  I do pray for your recovery, but for us in Christ, It's a win win situation.  Praying for your family, if I don't ever meet u on earth, I'll meet u in heaven-forever at my post.           mike

God bless you Chuck Colson and may He continue to uphold and comfort your family.  You are a faithful soldier in the army of the Lord.        Ziomara

Chuck,  I have so appreciated your ministry and voice of reason through the years, and especially your work in the prisons. I'm so glad you find new life and have been such a wonderful example to the world of what Christ can do! I'll be praying for you and your family at this difficult time.  In Him,  Christine

Please know that our small-group Bible Study is praying for you and your family. You have been such an inspiration and challenge for us over the years. It seems that during each generation God raises a great apologist; in our minds you are this generation's. Praise God for you and your service!  Orchard Church Small Group Study   Chuck

I will continue to pray for Chuck's recovery.  Your ministry has touched my life.  I love to hear your wisdom on issues of today.  Your books have equipped and encouraged me. The legacy of your ministry is astounding.  I pray that it will continue with your recovery, but, if the Lord has other plans, that it will continue anyway.           Scott

May God bless and keep the family in this time of transition...from this world to a place where there is no suffering...In Jesus name, amen!         Stan

What an inspiration and giant among men!  I have read all of your books and continue to be impressed with your testimony and humble stance for the kingdom of God.  God Bless you and your family and I can't wait to meet you one day on the other side! Beth

Chucks voice was a comfort every Saturday night with Break Point.  All prayers and love go out to Patty and Chuck's kids.  I pray he is able to stay with us, just a little longer!              Jason m

I have never had the privilege of meeting Chuck face to face, but have enjoyed getting to know him through his radio spots.  I don't know if anyone else has thought this, but I have grown to see him like a modern day Paul... a hard person who brought great harm to others through the "political" system of his day, yet singled out and called by God to to be an effective leader in the church. And also like Paul he has a great zeal for God, his church, living a righteous life, and the truth of His Word.  If his time has come to be with His Lord, we who remain will suffer a great loss. But if the Lord chooses to allow him to remain here a while longer in renewed health, I will be celebrating with you his recovery. Whichever way God chooses, we know that Chuck will STILL be living in God's will! We serve an amazing God!  My prayers and heart are with you all.  Evelyn

As a young private stationed in Korea in early 1974 I heard of Mr. Colson's conversion on the radio, and took special interest since I had also just given my life over to the Lord.  Thank you and your family for allowing yourselves to be used of the Lord in a great way, you all have been an encouragement to me and so many others over these past years. I'm so thankful for the hope we have in the Lord, and truly look forward to the day when we're all standing before Him in worship.  I know God will give you His strenght.  Ed

Brother Chuck: you have helped bring God's truth to my life so many times!!! I want to meet you in person and thank God through HIS grace I will. Thank you for all you've done!!! Praying for comfort and healing for you, your immediate and ministry families. Love you Bro!!!             William

Chuck has been an inspiration to us all. He has been a fearless servant of our Lord and an unparalleled intellect.  He will be missed and we hope the Lord will raise others to  carry on his work for our Lord Jesus. Heavenly Father we ask that you can comfort Chuck this very moment. Please let him know you are near and he will be with you soon for eternity. Please comfort Chuck's family during this time and in the days to come.  Thank You Father for this wonderful man whose life has glorified You. We ask this in the holy name of Jesus Christ our Lord & Savior. Amen          Barney

Our family is saddened to hear the turn of events of such an awesome representative of Christ's kingdom. Mr. Colson, you are much loved in our family, and tauht us all so very much. We love the way you love God ! Have been praying for you & yours throughout the day. Praying for Jesus'hand of healing in your body. You are loved in Sugar Land, Texas ! Cindy W.

I have prayed for Chuck, Patty, and their family.  Though I'm disappointed in the latest update of his condition I take comfort in God's sovereignty, His unfailing Love, and His faithfulness to His children.  I will continue to pray for God's comfort, strength, and encouragement as they continue through Chuck's transition.  Thank you, Chuck for your faithfulness to His call; Thank you Patty for your sacrifice.             Ron Greer

Chuck Colson is in my prayers. I met him at a fundraising dinner where he was to speak. I introduced myself and asked him some questions. He gave me his undivided attention and listened while I shared my passion for prison ministry in Tennessee. He was so gracious. I was totally humbled when upon rising to go to the podium, he paused at my table and asked for my card. He later wrote me a lengthy letter of encouragement which he mailed to me and a picture of us hangs in my dining room. He has been and remains one of my favorite heros of the faith.  I love you, Pastor Chuck, you will be missed... Go with God, Malinda D Wilson              Malinda

Chuck and family, and your ministry family or families...You are all in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time. May Chuck know God's healing touch, whether on earth or in heaven, and may others carry on his legacy. May God surround you with His comfort and peace.               Chris

Dear Chuck and family, I just found the update on your health. I have been praying for you, but had not heard how things were going. I am sad to think that I may not hear your voice over the radio...if God calls you home. If that is clearly God's will for you..then I can rest in peace knowing that I will see you in heaven one day. I have listened to you on Focus on the Family and on break point for years.God really took hold of your life and you have been an inspiration on how one's life can truly turn around and serve the Lord. May God bless you and give you and your family peace during this time.  Karen

I'm so saddened that Bro. Chuck  is having health problems. He always seems invincible to me and is a constant source of encouragement. I appreciate his testimony and his leading us in the belief that the Kingdom of God will overcome all this world's evils. I will be in prayer for him and his family.     Robert

May God's peace envelope you all. Thank you for your ministry.               Karen

Dear Chuck and family, I pray that you will feel the God of all comfort holding you in the palm of His mighty hand.  Thank you so much for all the work you have done over the years for the kingdom and God's glory. Your fearlessness and devotion to doing the right thing makes you an inspiration to so many. God bless you and your family. Your sister in Christ, Suzanne

Dear Chuck & family,  I pray most earnestly for Chuck and for all of you this difficult hour. Out of a somewhat selfish desire to wish for such a good man to remain with us, allow me to address Chuck directly:  Chuck, my first encounter of your sharp, witty, intelligent, courageous, and compassionate means of both sharing Christ and defending His saving Gospel occurred in the early 1990's, when I was a young man and in my early twenties and a recent convert to Christ.  At that time, I found myself navigating the often bizarre and brutally secular environments of a rough Miami neighborhood and a liberal Miami-area university.  Your bold pronouncements of our Lord Jesus, which came to me in the form of audio and print, were welcome encouragements that truly steadied me during those years when I witnessed firsthand the myriad ways in which sin and wickedness began to visibly wage war on Christ and, by extension, on our beloved United States of America. I can say that God in His goodness used your faithful testimony to sharpen me for my own life of witness.  For that, I am truly thankful.  In recent days, I have availed myself of the very great privilege of listening to several of your spoken messages while driving in my car.  Memorable speeches such as your bold and clear witness to the attendees of the World Parliament of Religions back in 1993 ("The Enduring Revolution") and the glorious story of your own conversion to Christ ("Thank God for Watergate") still ring in my head and give me encouragement today.    The Lord's ministry through you has inspired a friend and me to begin work on a writing and Internet project that will, we pray, reach souls for Christ and to shine the light of His truth into the darkness which we human beings naturally prefer.  I devoutly and perhaps even selfishly pray for you to remain with us a while longer, just as God saw fit to do with St. Paul, who certainly had no logical business lasting as long as he did in the face of all the suffering that came to him.  Even so, God's power still lifted him from those many awful predicaments to send him on to still newer destinations to which the Lord had appointed him.  I pray our Heavenly Father determines in a similar fashion to bless us a little while longer with your special gifts, and yet we must defer to the dictates of His will. His kingdom come; His will be done!  Thank you, dear brother, for your faithful service to our Lord Jesus Christ, and whatever your circumstances, may His joy ever be your strength!  I praise and thank Him triumphantly on account of you!  His grace and peace be upon you.  Very Gratefully, John D. Johnson Pembroke Pines, FL                John D. Johnson

To Chuck and to his family,  God is on His Throne and He is watching after all of you.  You are are His sweet ones, you shouldn't worry. Chuck may be called HOME but all will be provided for the ones Chuck loves. Don't worry about Chuck, he is GLORYING in his reward - finally. Chuck may be on the line between earth and heaven.  Watch this and be blessed. Those of us who have been blessed by your family are steadfastly praying and undergirding you NOW.  Thanks be to God!                 Barbara

Father, thank you for Chuck and the inlfuence he has had on my life.  He has set an example for me to follow.  I ask that you comfort he and his family.  Grant he and Patty peace that passes understanding.  May your will be done.    In Jesus name, amen.     Ken

Lord, the great physician, please grant your personal touch to Chuck to enable him doing what has been set out for him according to your great plan. May your presence be with all those attending to his care empowering them with the utmost ability and empathy! May your loving comfort and encouragement ever be felt by Chuck and his family! Amen.                 kyun

Our prayers are with you. Your book Born Again was the first book I read after receiving Christ as my Savior.  God Bless you Chuck Colson.    THOMAS

What a priviledge to have been mentored by Charles Colson - not personally, but through his email and radio broadcasts. We never met and he did not know my name but he has influenced me in my walk with Christ more than I can say. I look forward to long conversations face to face one day when we meet in Our Lord's presence! May God grant Chuck's family His Grace & Peace as they journey through this present darkness. We know Chuck will reside with Jesus!!           Jan

Chuck, your teaching, books and intellect showed me how a Bible believing centurion could be winsome, encouraging in the public square. Thanks be to God for you, your ministry in growing the brethen here and abroad. WELL DONE! Chuck. ENJOY HOME! patrick shields

Dear Chuck Colson and Family-- You are a daily voice in my daily life and I thank God for you and for what HE has done with your dedicated life for so many.  I am praying for you and for your family.  May Our God draw near to you all.  You are loved by so many.  Chuck is our rampart for reason, our tutor in Truth, our steadfast leader who makes us remember,"to stand".  I, like so many thousands, thank God for your life and for your ministries. I remain faithful in prayer for you, for yours, and for what you so "winningly" resemble.   In Christ, Amy Rooks-Guffy        Amy

O Lord, all for your love's sake. For Chuck's family, friends, and the many he has touched and will continue to touch. And especially for this very special and great man, I offer this prayer of St. Augustine of Hippo.  “Watch, O Lord, with those who wake, or watch or weep tonight, and give your angels charge over those who sleep.  Tend your sick ones, O Lord Jesus Christ; rest your weary ones; bless your dying ones; soothe your suffering ones; pity your afflicted ones; shield your joyous ones; and all for your love's sake.  Amen.”  ― St. Augustine of Hippo              Margaret

Lord God, pour out Your mercy on Chuck and Patty.  Hold them fast in Your love.  Bless them and continue to accomplish your purposes in their lives.  Glory to You, Father God.  Amen    Diana

I am forever grateful for your steadfast committment to Truth, and communicating it with such a genuine grace and compassion.  Your mind is incredible and I've been blessed by your many books, commentaries, and video studies.  You are a true hero of the faith.  We pray God will extend his miraculous hand to you once again, bringing healing that we know he can bring.  Thanks so much for all you do, and may you get well soon.     Mark

Without doubt, Chuck was a warrior for the Lord and he will leave a gaping hole in the effort to win souls for the Lord, both in and out of prison. Wow, what a reward he has to look forward to when He sees his Lord! What a shining example he has been to all of us who desire to achieve even a small fraction of his accomplishments for the Kingdom! Steve S.  Indianapolis Avid Breakpoint listener

Your teachings have been an inspiration to me for many years and I got into prison ministry 20 years ago because of you.  It has become my life and the Lord used you to show me why I was created.  You are my earthly hero.  Thank you and God bless you, Sir.    Cindy

Dear Chuck:  You have been such a blessing to me over many years.  I have read your books, your Breakpoint messages, your 2 minute warnings.  I have been a coordinator for Angel Tree in my church.  You are so important to so many people. I pray that you will recover if it is the Lord's Will. I treasure your thoughts and admire your work for the Lord.  May the Lord be with you and your family. May the Lord be with Max, whom you love so much.  I am nearly 84 years old and I have loved you so much over the years.  I am praying!          Sandra

Appreciate him so much...heaven will rejoice.    prudy

I'll continue to pray for God's blessing, healing and comfort for Chuck and his family and friends during this incredibly tough time in their lives. Thankfully there will come a time when all tears will be wiped away by our amazing Savior, until then, we will help wipe each others tears...            Inez Eide

Lord, thank you so much for Chuck's life!  To me, he's a modern-day Saint Paul, and I'm so very thankful for the work he did for Your kingdom, and the encouragement he has been to me personally.  Please be strongly with his family and friends and colleagues. Chris

Lord, thanks for demonstrating your attributes--especially mercy, grace, and love--through your servant, Chuck. We see how real you and your grace are through his life, and it increases our faith in you and your promises. Please forgive us and use us for your glory too. In Jesus name, amen.                Ken

Chuck & Patty you & your family are in my prayers may God heal soon I have been blessed by your ministry  Annette                    Annette

Dear Mr. Colson,  It is with a heavy heart that I, and my wife, first heard that you became seriously ill, and that you are now struggling by the moment.  As a Christian, my heartfelt consolation comes from the fact that you belong to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, for time eternal, and are being protected, never to be forsaken...  You have, undoubtedly, been a beacon of the Lord's light amidst the darkness to many!Personally, you have served as an impetus for myself be a servant to those in prison per Matthew 25:36 via Kairos Prison Ministry (Centinela State Prison, Imperial Valley, California area).  My dear wife now also serves in our sister ministry, helping the wives and loved ones of currently imprisoned men cope with their trials.  The collective prayers of myself, my wife and my Kairos brethren are with you and your dear family and loved ones:  May the Lord of Lords and King of Kings be with you and heal you as only He can; Amen.  In Christ,  Americo Yacopi

Dear Patty and Chuck's family, My heart and prayers go out to you and to Chuck. I think about the lives that Chuck has touched over the years, one of those lives being mine. People pray for healing for those who are sick and I've come to understand that sometimes the healing takes place here in this world and sometimes God ultimately heals us on the other side. I will pray for Chuck's healing and leave it to God to decide where that healing will take place. I will also pray for you, his family. What a great warrior for the Lord and for his ability to speak the truth regarding right living and governmental policies.  Thank you for sharing Chuck with us! His ministry and what he shared over the years needs so badly to be heard by many more! Elayne

May God be with you at this time. You will never know how much your work has meant to me. My thoughts and prayers will be with you. Eileen Deacon eileen

Praying for Chuck, Patty, and family that the LORD will meet them at their individual and collective points of need and strengthen and sustain them, according to His Good Will, that He will cover them all with His grace, surrounding them with loving, supportive friends and family in this stressful time drawing them all nearer to Him.  May they be blessed with enduring faith to honor and glorify God, and continue to be a positive witness to those they come in contact with.  Asking in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, whose blood redeemed us and gives us access to the throne of grace, praise God for His sacrifice!         Cynthia

Praying for the Colson family:  May you know the unfailing love, comfort, and peace of our Heavenly Father.      Adrien

Chuck has had a profound effect on my life, first through his book and since 2004 through my opportunity to be a part of the Centurions program. He is a man that lived out what he taught and it is a pleasure to know him.  I know his entire family would love to have him stay with them and so would the rest of us. However, Jesus may just want to have a conversation with Chuck face-to-face. Can you imagine all the quesitons he will have for Jesus? Whatever God's will is, our thoughts and prayers are with you and Chuck                Vern

Our prayers are with Chuck, the family, and the ministry.  While our hearts pray for a complete recovery, we have to understand that God may be calling his servant home and, if that turns out to be the case, we must do everything in our power to continue the vitally important work Chuck began.  That is the very best way we can honor his great legacy.                Michael

I am praying fervently for you, Chuck, family, and ministry. May God restore you to us, Chuck, if it is within His will. But we trust His knowledge and control of what is to happen completely! Melody Lambert

Chuck, you have been a wonderful encouragement to me in my walk with Christ. You are one of the reasons I started listening to Moody Radio faithfully, and have continued to grow in my Faith.I miss hearing your voice in the mornings; Breakpoint is not the same without your wise input, and thoughtful knowledge. No one could replace you. Praying for your comfort and for your family during this time. You truly have helped change my life, and for that I am grateful. God bless                Courtnie

You have been an inspiration to me for many years and although we have never met I feel that I know you.you have been greatly used by God and I pray for you and your family that you will know His presence in a very real way during those days. May He continue to bless you all. Roddy Outer Hebrides Scotland

Lord, what a loss for us but what a gain for Chuck as he joins you in Heaven.  May Your loving arms surround his family and give them strength for the days ahead, and let Chuck's love be alive in their hearts.  You are gaining one of the best!                Nancy

He followed the directives of the Lord who was His example "the opening of prison to those who were bound" Isa. 61.  Chuck was God's instrument(one of His keys)to unlock the captives and give them liberty (Isa. 61) He has fought the good fight, finished the race, kept the faith and there is laid up for him a crown of righteousness. Our prayers go out to His love ones. Richard and Joyce Frankel

Dear Father in heaven:  We are so thankful for your servant, Chuck Colson, and the ministries he has started.  He has used his God given gifts to point others to you in such powerful ways over several decades, and he has given your hope to so many in such dire circumstances.  May you comfort Chuck during this illness with a real awareness of your presence, and if it is your desire to take him home, please continue to comfort Patty, his children, and his grandchildren.  We ask for your continues blessings on the ministries Chuck started; may they always remain true to Jesus and his Word.             Linda

Chuck,      I have been and always will be profoundly grateful for helping me put things together in my cluttered Christian mind.  As a young man, I was frustrated and confused about how to make sense of much of my Christian experience.  After listening to your broadcast, reading several of your books, and becoming aware of your ministry and life, things started coming back together.   Your ministry helped shape my worldview and helped me to see how my faith worked and applied to every area of my life.  This has brought me great peace and direction as a man.  I now have a very workable framework to draw upon at all times and in all circumstances.  I have learned to think critically for myself from a biblical point of view and because of your ministry, I believe that I now have a very clear and pure idea of what the Gospel really means.  You have given me a gift that my own father was not able to give me.  You have given my life and my soul an anchor.  I am forever grateful for your life and for how the Lord has used you in the body of Christ.    Your Friend,  Don

I love Chuck Colson...my "wingman" and I are reading through his book "The Faith" and discuss it over breakfast every Saturday. Thanks Chuck                Joel

It is difficult to write my thoughts and am fighting so much emotion as I type this.  Chuck Colson has meant the world to our family...his ministry and his work for the Lord has had enormous impact, more than can be described.  Strange that in the mix of all I am thinking and feeling, I admit to a bit of envy.  Wouldn't we all want to come face to face with our Savior and get the "well done, good and faithful servant" that Chuck will hear?  The thought motivates me to press on with my Christian walk and live full on for Jesus the way that he has.  What an amazing legacy!  My prayers and thoughts are with his family.  Mary

My prAyers are with you and  family       roger

Praying that God's will be done in Chuck, rather it is to be called Home or healed to continue his work on earth, in Jesus Name.  Angela

My 4 year old, Abigail, has said every night this week during our "Thankful Game", "I'm thankful for Chuckl Colson!" I didn't even realize she was listening to Break Point with us during dinner time... you have touch my generation, as well as my children's with the truth you speak. Thank you, for fighting the good fight and for leading the way in love and good deeds. You may go Home...but we will miss you. But we will not stop watching from the wall. May He richly bless your family too for sharing you with us! Thank you.         Autumn

I worked on the PF staff for almost 9 years in the 1980's and early 90's. Chuck had an immeasurable impact on my life and ministry that continues in my present pastorate. I remember many fun and inspirational times during the annual staff conferences at Sandy Cove with Chuck and Patty and the entire group. Chuck, Patty, and the family are in my thoughts and prayers during this time in the valley of the shadow. Blessings, David Haley

Your two minute warnings have been an inspiration for me.  Your deep conviction of doing God's will has helped give me the courage to step out in faith and do His will.  I pray that the Good Lord put his healing hand upon you and grant you complete recovery.  MY prayers also go out to your family.  God Bless you for all that you have done.     Barbara

My wife and I have prayed for Chuckand his family and the ministry,Remember God is not surprised by this. and notging will thwart His purposes                Mike

I am so very sorry to hear about Mr. Colson's condition.  So very thankful he has had some fine time with his dear family at this time and concur that one must be filled with hope at such a time as this, for such a faithful servant of our Lord as Mr. Colson has been.  May the Lord be with him and his family and be a comfort to us all!     In earnest prayer, Monica Sloan,  Vienna Austria Monica

I like hundreds of others have met Chuck in person.  He has even written me personal letters in the past. I'll be 80 on 8/11/12, and have been and still in full-time ministry for the past 30 years of Foundation For Moral Restoration. Only 1 life that soon will pass, and only things done for JESUS CHRIST will last.          Richard

I have never met Mr. Colson yet I feel more distress at the news that his recovery has taken a downturn than I thought possible. It is hard to hold back the tears.     Perhaps it was because we both share a common link due to our service as Marines that I feel so strong a bond.I suspect that the bond goes deeper still and is rooted in our love for our Lord and for His church.      This much I know with all my heart; he has fought the good fight, stayed true to the calling that God gave him, and has profoundly influenced our culture and nation.    Whether our Lord calls him now or later he has already won the victory, stood to the colors, and dealt the adversary of God many a telling blow.    I remain hopeful and prayerful that God restores him to us.  We need such fighting men in the battle for truth and righteousness.   Chuck Colson is a part of me and his influence in my life will never wain.  With respects to all,  Tom Campbell, MGySgt, USMC,Ret.

May God grant the Colson family many blessings during this difficult time...

I just want you to know how much I appreciate what Chuck is doing with the ministry.  I know that "his reward will be great" and he'll be welcomed HOME with"well done good&faithfull servant." As they say at Indianopolis and other racetracks: "Welcome toVictory Lane."  Now I'm obviously praying that if its God's will, He'll bring Chuck back to complete health.  In any event, we all can be extremely greatfull for not only, a job well don, but also a very fruitfull race well run.  v                johnny

We will keep Chuck and his family in our prayers.  Most Holy Father in heaven,  make me an instrument of your peace.  Where there is hatred - let me sow love. Where there is injury - pardon. Where is doubt - faith. Where there is despair - hope. Where there is darkness - light. And, where there is sadness - joy.  Lord, let me not so much sought to be consoled, as to console. To be understood, as to understand. To be loved, as to love.  For it is in giving, that we receive. It is in pardoning, that we pardoned. And it is in dying, that we are born into eternal life.  Amen.            Jim

Praying for Chuck and his family. Praying specifically for a complete healing, but if it be the Lords will to take him, then I pray that He would take him quickly. Amen   Jim Mallory

You are one of my heroes who has challenged me to think critically about my faith and the call to discipleship. The life that you have lived is exemplary in my eyes, in terms of your perseverance in running the race, your intelligent defense of the faith, but most of all your heart that you have opened wide to so many people.      Thank you for your partnership in the gospel, and being an inspiration and encouragement to of all us in the faith.  As you prepare to enter His Kingdom, soon to hear the words "Well done, good and faithful servant.", I pray, though we send you home with a heavy heart, that the promise of heaven and the life you have lived in love would serve to spur us on to do even greater things so that the whole world may hear of what God has done and is still doing. I pray for your family, that they may experience the truth that God is the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort.                 Kenny

Your ministry is in my prayers.  Please convey to the family what a profound impact Mr. Colson's ministry has had on my life...especially my Worldview.  Godspeed  Bill Weckesser

Chuck, thank you for your kindness to me personally. Not only have you been an inspiring and wise leader and thinker for me, Eileen and millions of others. You also took the time to encourage, counsel, and be a friend. Jesus shines through you.                Tom

I praise God for how He has used Chuck to touch and change thousands of lives.  His story has brought hope and example to the Bible's teaching that in Christ, we become new.  The old is gone.  That's Chuck.  What a guy!  What a life.  Blessings and peace be upon his family and loved ones.  In Christ there is always hope... no matter what the doctors say.                Carol

Joining our prayers to friends and family regarding Chuck.  For us he has, post-Watergate, defined and lived for us the meaning of, "Redemption."  While assuring the family just how much his life and presence has shaped my thought and desire to server Christ, if the Lord wills he might soon be learning first hand how much God has used him since that fateful day in his car on a driveway when he turned his life over to Christ.  God speed, my brother (and mentor) in Christ. Lord willing, may you be healed and restored to your family, but if not we congratulate you on a life well lived and ask special comfort for the family. Fred

Chuck and Patty, my thoughts and prayers are with you know.  I hope you have some idea of how motivating and electrifying How Now Shall We Live was, and is, for me.  To have studied you during the Nixon Administration and then to see the miraculous work our Lord has done in you is such a testimony to His Grace and Glory.  May He continue to shine His light on you, and all those whose lives you have touched.  Until we all meet in glory, may He bless you and keep you in His Arms.    Debi

My thoughts and prayers are with Chuck and his family.  Chuck has been a source of personal inspiration to me.   ~John

Chuck,  We know there is a season for everything. I spent a long season working alongside you, often shadowing you at work with my camera. I can only pray God's will, his peace, his presence, his very best for a servant who faithfully and joyfully stood his post. Thank you for showing me how grace flows to the deepest pits like prison and transforms everything.         Jeff

We are praying for the best.  Thank you for all the hard work, Chuck, to speak the truth with love.           Robb

Chuck, I'll be praying for you and your family. You are one of my heroes and have had a lasting impact on my life through your ministry and books. You have shown me what it means to really be serving God and fighting the good fight. I pray for God's strength and comfort during this time. We'll be praying for you in Davis, CA.           Eric W

Mr. Colson, I just want to thank you for your hard work and fearless spirit.  Your impact on the world is undeniable and you have affected so many lives in such profound ways. You and your family are in my prayers!!  Deniece

Dear Chuck, Our Jehovah Rapha is holding you in His almighty hands p He heals in different ways and His ways may not be our ways. If God brings you home - all is well; if He chooses to reverse this illness and heal you - all is well....It is well with my soul. I am praying for peace that passes all understanding to be with Patty and your family at this very difficult time - rest on the wings of faith - He cannot fail - He is God. Love & prayers, Eileen

Thank you so much for your ministry.  I have just passed on the update on Mr. Colson's condition to our church prayer chain.  Isn't it wonderful to be able to enlist prayer warriors all over the world?  God's blessings on each of you, especially Patty and the family.      Jean

I pray the Lord will restore Chuck's health and return him to his family and the ministry. I also pray that God will give the family peace and comfort during this difficult time. May God's grace be with the entire family, and may the Lord continue to use Chuck to affect through His power the lives of so many in need in our land.            Michael

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Colson family.  May God's presense continue to surround you during this time. Our heart are heavy.  A pillar is slipping and we are all the weaker for it.  Nick Alexakos           Nick

Chuck, dear brother in Christ, I pray all God's best for you. Whether you receive the restoration of your health here on earth or in the presence of the one, true God Whom you serve, God will get all the glory, as it should be. May your family be comforted knowing God is completely in control.       Becki

Dear Chuck and Patty, Our hearts and prayers are with you all in this difficult time.  We just want to tell you again that we love you and look forward to when we can be together again.  May the God of all comfort bless you and keep you and show you His favor as you trust in Him. Sue and Bob Andringa

We are praying for you and for your family.  Well done, good and faithful servant.            Roy and Sarah

I have been so inspired by your ministry and your life work.  I was sad in a way to hear this morning that you may be leaving us, yet knowing that "to be with the Lord is far better."  I thank God for your singleminded devotion to your Lord over the last decades, and look forward to meeting you "on the other side!"        Wayne

I am saddened to hear about Mr. Colson's ill health.  His testimony has touched me and I am so thankful he committed his life to Jesus Christ.  He has lived the "high calling" to be a witness for Christ and fellow believers.  I know he will want to be with Jesus but I must say I will be one of those who will miss his contributions here on earth.  May God's peace be yours and Mr. Colson's during this time.  God bless all of Mr. Colson's family, friends and everyone who has been touched by his ministry.              Sharon

We will be praying for God's will to be done and for comfort for everyone during this time.  May God bless each of you.                Ron and Linda

I have been a university professor, and currently serving as an elder of my church.  Chuck's work has had a huge impact on my life and ministry.  I have particularly been eternally blessed by his books and articles.  He has had an impact for Christ around the world the scope of which can only be fully understood by God.  I am praying for Patty and the kids.  I know they must be comforted by the knowledge that Chuck has been a great servant for the Lord.  Chuck may have finished the work God had for him to do here, but I know his work will continue to change lives for generations to come.  Larry

Praying for Chuck, Patty, and the Colson family.  I am shaken and praying for peace and a good end, for the presence of God to dwell in that hospital room with you all and give you comfort, strength and peace, for healing if God wills and it would be Chuck's desire, because it certainly is mine!  But I don't want to be selfish; Chuck has been my generation's Francis Schaeffer, only with more savvy and experience of human nature and compassion for everyone who has fallen.  I don't want to lose our calm statesman, our thoughtful anchor for evangelicalism... in many ways, I look to him as if he were my grandpa, which makes sense as he's the man my father admired the most.  God bless him, and God bless and keep the Colson family!   Anika

Praying for Chuck  and his beloved wife and family.  May the LORD wrap His loving arms around you as  you entrust your loved one to Jesus. Underneath are the everlasting arms of God.    He will see you through.  We are praying for you.                   kathy

Chuck, I have had the privelege of getting to know you through your program "Breakpoint".  I began working at KUYO AM 830 in Wyoming almost a year ago where I was introduced to you. Its been a pleasure getting to know you through your ministry and work.  Prayers are with you and your family as we struggle in God's will and the uncertainty but being hopeful in his miracles and truth in knowing heavens gates will be open for you.  Praying for strength and comfort in these times and sendinding my love from the winds of wyoming.  Love you all.  God bless you. Caren

Chuck Colson has been a dear friend. A friend to me, to ADF, and to countless other leaders. Standing with us, encouraging us, pushing us. He understood that the good news of the Gospel and religious liberty and the rights of conscience - was the most important message in the world, and that no limits on the Gospel, its message, or God-centered action upon it should be allowed. God bless you Chuck!! Alan Sears

I am praying with you and for you. I have followed Chuck Colson via Breakpoint since high school (over 20 yrs).I have gleaned so much from Mr. Colson's insights and wisdom as he attempts to present a Biblical worldview of world events past and present.  I have been blessed by his work, his testimony and his love for the Lord. He is a warrior for the Kingdom work.    nanette

My husband and I are both praying.  There is no way to express how influenced I was by you Chuck, and your ministries. God has used you in the lives of so many....you are truly a Hero in the Faith.  Thank you for all you have done in the service of our most precious Lord Jesus and as an obedient child of the Father.  Our prayers are for you, and for your family.  God bless and love,  Jill

Chuck and his family are in my prayers at this time.          Linda

We are praying for you all in West Tennessee.   J. K.

My mother and I have been praying for you and your family.  I have found so much inspiration and consolation from your broadcasts.  We have never met in person, but you have touched my life through your work.  May God bless you and your family for your generous gift of yourself to so many people.       Katharine

Praying for Chuck and you, his family. What a testimony all of you have been and what a homecoming it will be for Chuck should the Lord take him home. We would love to see him stay with us because he is such a valiant leader. But as Paul said, it is better to be at home with the Lord. May God encourage you and grant you peace in these hours.    Tom

Please see previous post. I was so caught up in sending my previous thoughts and prayers that I forgot to check the three boxes on the right.   In His Service, Rev. Don Disharoon Philemon Ministries

It was with a heavy heart that I read today's posting about Chuck.  My entire church has committed to pray for him, his ministries, and his family.  He is a man who has exemplified Christlike living, and his work has impacted my life on many many levels.  I pray for God's peace on you all during this time.  Mark

Chuck,  You and your family are in my prayers and thoughts for a full recovery.  I have admired you and the work you do at Prison Fellowship for years.  When I hear you on Focus on the Family and other programs, you always have such intelligent, timely, and inspirational things to say.  You are always spot-on regarding the culture and in the area of politics.  You are a humble man whose story is truly inspirational.  By the way, I read your daughter's book about your grandson, Max, and laughed and cried through it.  What a wonderful book.  My best to you and your family.                Lenore

I have been praying for you and your entire family during this time of illness. I wish you could continue your vital work and to have more time with your precious family. Only the Lord knows the number of days in our lives and I know you and your family trust in God's plan.  Your work to teach so many people the importance of a Christian world view has been of more importance that words can express. You helped inspire my wife and I to send our children to a Christian school which provides them with a view that includes God in all things.  Thank you for caring about so many people that no one else cares about and showing us that all people are precious in the sight of the Lord.                Blair

Let thy will be done Lord.  We do not know the future and cannot predict what may happen beyond this moment but Lord we have faith in You.  We know that nothing that happens is without your knowledge.  Give Chuck and his family strength for whatever happens in the future.       Sandy

I'm praying for Chuck and his family. His steadfast Christian walk has been an inspiration to me. Chris

Whatever God's Plan for Chuck it will be for his good and the good of his ministries. We will continue to storm heaven with prayer and Mass (Eucharist), for what we think is best, i.e. his speedy recovery and return to service, but we surrender our will to the will of the Lord knowing "His Will Be Done" for those who love the Lord. Chuck loves the Lord - no doubt!       Bob

Dear Mr Colson If asked what my favorite book is, I'd say "How Now shall We Live" (the Scriptures aside that is) I took it out of the library 5-6 times in  a row and they finally made me bring it back!! I now have my own copy.  I continue to lift you and yours in prayer, you've made a fine difference in my life and thousands of others. We thank you. Be Blessed, Be happy,  Curt Wellumson Hopkins-MN

Thoughts and prayers are with the Colson family. Would the blood on his brain be considered a stroke? Have the Drs. made a diagnosis or conclusion as to the cause? Thank you.     Reenie

Many of us out here are praying for his full recovery so he can continue his vital work.   Paul

Dear Chuck, as a current Centurion preparing to be commissioned next month I cannot possibly put into words how much of an impact your writing and teaching has had on my life. You are truly an inspiration to all of us in your service to Christ and His Kingdom. I'm so glad that I got to meet you last September at our 1st residency. That was a surreal experience. I have a thank you letter from you for sending you a birthday card that sits on my fridge door which you personalized by saying "keep up the good work on-line." It's a prized possession of mine, and I plan on having it framed. I was devastated to hear what has happened to you. My dad went through something very similar a little over a year ago. He had a sub-dural hematoma and sub-arachnoid hemorrhage which required a crainiotomy. By the grace of God he is now almost back to his old self, with the exception of being able to drive. I'm praying for a miracle for you as well. Our country needs you right now, and I continue to believe and pray that God will pull you through this get you back on your feet and use you mightily once again. I can only imagine how much your family must miss hearing your voice right now, and I'm praying for their strength as well. I thank you again for inspiring me, and I look forward to seeing you once again alive and well "fighting the good fight." May God bless your healing and recovery.   Your friend, Brian Holland

Praying daily for everyone who knows Chuck to see the Peace and Joy of Jesus in continue to shine thru his life.                Robert

Heavenly Father, all praise and thanksgiving to You for all that You are and all that You do for us. I lift up Chuck and his family to You. Bring them encouragement at every turn. Bring total healing to Chuck's situation. I thank you for his ministry and the example he presents to the world in his service to You; we should all strive to be so dedicated and thoughtful about our walk. I know he is aware of Romans 8:28, and finds joy in that promise. These temporary "setbacks" are, in actuality, opportunities to exercise our faith, trusting You,Father, to redeem every circumstance. May he be aware of how much he is loved by the many he has not met, but will one day embrace in Glory. In the mighty name of  Jesus I pray.  Amen    Stephen

Chuck continues to be in my prayers.  May the Greatest Physician continue to speak wisdom to the doctors and restore the health of this man of God.  Many blessings and restored health to carry on.         Cherith

I am convinced that God has more ahead for your life, Chuck, and that he will give you the health and strength to see it through.              Karen

I am so sorry for this difficult time for Chuck and his family.  God is at work in him, I am sure, even through these difficult days.  I have been very blessed by Chuck's ministry and am praying God will make Himself known in powerful ways through this time of trial.  May He bless Chuck, his family, and all those connected with the ministries with which Chuck is connected--that God's Spirit will move and make His presence known--with comfort, healing, power, and challenge to deepen our connection with Christ and continue in His service.  Ann

Dear Chuck & family, I was so heartbroken to hear of your illness, but then I remembered who was holding you in His hands,so I prayed & looked to Him Who loves you more than us all! You've always been a Hero in The Faith to me Brother Chuck, & maybe I've admired you too much, but can't help it! Wishing you, Patti, & the family God's love, peace & Blessed assurance in this time of trial. We will keep praying to He who hears. & is able to do abundantly above all we ask or think! In our loving Messiah Jesus, your sister, Rachel!

Hi brother. You, Patti and family have been held close to our hearts and in our prayers by all your friends here in Minneapolis and St. Paul.  These thoughts triggered many memories of early trips to Sandstone and others that we have shared.   The following are just a few of the gatherings in which I personally offered our thanks for you and all you have done.  Easter Sunday, at a wonderful worship service at Stillwater Prison.  Tuesday at a bible study Faribault Prison.  Thursday with 1700 at the Minnesota Prayer Breakfast.  Thursday Evening at Freedom Works with many having been recently released from IFI.  Friday, this morning, at our small group renewal with about 40 of us.  Many have been around long enough to fondly remember trips to Sandstone and Stillwater.   This is just a little indicator of the deep marks you of left in our community.  Nancy and I send our love.  Jerry We had a wonderful gathering of 1700 at the Minnesota prayer breakfast yesterday.  Your many friends there lifted you up in prayer.  Thursday nite the gathering at Freedom Works also                 Jerry

Chuck, I pray that God would have mercy on your situation and give you grace to recover.  He is not done with you yet; hang in there and remember Hebrews 4:14-16...Thanks for your encouragement to me all these years that God can and will work with broken vessels.  In Christ Derek

Dear Chuck you are a tremendous blessing to so many of us holding on to our Christian faith in an ever present fallen world. I pray that the angels will encamp around you to give you peace and comfort, that the doctors would be guided by the Holy Spirit and that your recovery will be swift. We pray that your family will be comforted as well. You are a great defender of our faith and a true warrior. Your presence is greatly needed to keep influencing our youth and restoring our Church communities. May God Richly Bless you and the work you are going to do soon. Love you dear brother!                Steve

I have SO much admiration for Chuck Colsen! I remember the Watergate scandal very well as I was a happy-go-lucky college student staying at my parents' house for the summer before going back to the University of Oregon where I was enrolled. It was in the TV news all that summer. Chuck Colsen affirms my Christianity beautifully! HE & HIS FORUM are a BLESSING in my life! I know HE is with you.          Mary

Chuck,my heart is saddened that you are going through this, but yet encouraged because I know of whose hands in whom you rest. You and your family remain in my prayers to our heavenly Father in whom I find such comfort. "His love is ever before each of us and we walk continually in his truth." You are a treasure to me, the Church and, doubtless, to God as well. Your life shouts that transformation from death to life is possible. And your life is an affirming finger that points to God.  Father, please grant improved and continued health to our dear brother and keep him with us in strength and vigor until your need for Him exceeds our own. Thank you for your work in and through him to your Church. In Jesus gracious name, Amen.               Dan

Dear Chuck, I have kept you in my prayers since I learned of your condition.  You are so beloved, especially by those of us blessed by the Centurions Program.  We are grateful for your impact on our world and pray for your full recovery and continued leadership. Much love, Louise Leigh, your airport lunch mate!               louise

May God's perfect will be done in Chuck's life    Arnie

Chuck Colson is one man that changed the world because God changed this man, giving him a new heart.  His story is interesting and exciting.  In the past, I've prayed protection on Chuck's life and ministry because I know our enemy wants him destroyed.  Now I'm adding prayers for his health to be restored and that his family is drawn close to our Comforter.  I know God is hearing many, many prayers on behalf of our brother in Christ, Chuck Colson.          Angie K.

Having been at Landsdowne at all this unfolded, I am even more impressed by the obvious impact of Chuck's leadership and mentoring as several individuals moved to maintain the flow of the conference and "testify" to Chuck's planning and expectations for us.  The attitude and atmosphere of prayer became as much a part of the conference as the information, education, challenge, and motivation that we were receiving.  I was also reassured that Chuck was at the place and time of God's planning for the medical attention and treatment he received.  Our prayers are with you all as Chuck continues to recover.               Susan

Dear Chuck,  You have been one  of my heroes for many years. I have read most of your books! You have made such an impact on so many. I am so sorry to hear about your health problems. I am praying for you! Thank you for being a bold man of God and a person who has influenced our culture. May Jehovah-Rophi, God our Healer, touch your body in a special way today!!                 Linda

Dear Chuck and the Colson Family,  I was so privileged to have been in attendance at the Wilberforce weekend a couple weeks back and was privileged to have heard your husband and father speak before he became ill.  That weekend was a highlight and a source of great strength and encouragement in a world that is growing increasingly dark.  Your words that night, Chuck, were and your words daily on Breakpoint are a source of strength and encouragement in this world.    What a sweet time of fellowship on that Friday night when we as a corporate group of believers spent time in prayer for you all.  My prayers continue for the Lord's healing touch and praying the Lord's will to give you many more years of service and voice to the world.    I rest in our Lord's hope for the world through his Son, Jesus Christ and pray that you continue to find that rest as well.               Tami

Praying God will bring complete healing on  Chuck. He is a powerful witness to what one man can do.     Wyona

Dear Chuck and Patty,  As I pondered what words of encouragement I could offer nothing came to mind that was of worth. But the simple phrase, What a Friend We Have in Jesus, kept coming to mind. Then the lovely melody of that old hymn began to sing in my heart. I can not say if this was for my benefit or yours but I humbly offer it and hope that it brings some small measure of comfort and joy.   May God continue to richly bless you both, Frank McCollister

Dear Mr. Colson, My husband and I are praying fervently for your health to improve so that you can resume quickly the job I know you love so much, being a speaker of truth to our culture. It was last year when we experienced an Easter Sunday like no other. We were with you at Bibb County Correctional Facility in Alabama and worshipped together. That was an extraordinary day for us and we will never forget it. I'm praying that you will feel the comfort of God's loving arms like you've never felt them before. Get well soon. The world needs your voice!!    Robin

Little by little, one step at a time, the healing power of our Risen Lord is making you stronger and stronger.  "I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope."  I praise God that His plans for Chuck Colson have not been changed by the enemy.  God has you in the palm of His hand and surrounds you with His angels, fills you with His Spirit, and heals you with His power.  I can't wait to see and hear how our God's ways will impact His Kingdom through you.  I pray for peace, patience, trust, rest, joy and faith for you and your entire family.  God bless you!!!    Kay

Praying for your family, if I don't ever meet u on earth, I'll meet u in heaven-forever at my post. mike

Chuck, I have so appreciated your ministry and voice of reason through the years, and especially your work in the prisons. I'm so glad you find new life and have been such a wonderful example to the world of what Christ can do! I'll be praying for you and your family at this difficult time. In Him, Christine

Johnson

Jan

Sandra

Becki

Bob

Blessings. Mary Mary
