Like a popped balloon, we've managed to deflate a robust understanding of love, turning it into a one-dimensional sentiment. What is love, and why is it called the greatest virtue? John Stonestreet and Timothy George explain.
"The Virtue of Hope (and its Counterfeit Vices)" John Skillen
FROM OUR BOOKSTORE
In the eight-part series Renewing Virtue, Chuck Colson, Dr. Timothy George, T. M. Moore, and John Stonestreet examine the importance of virtue, why it matters, how to live a virtuous life, and how the church can help revive virtue. They explore these seven virtues: courage, prudence, temperance, justice, faith, hope, and love.
We're offering a zip drive of this material, which will also have additional features that can be used for small groups or Bible studies.

Since learning and teaching virtue are important endeavors, we've built a permanent study page. Please bookmark it and check back from time to time for new material. http://www.colsoncenter.org/virtues ...........................................................
What ever happened to two minutes. Chuck never went on for 7 minutes like Stonestreet and George. Please aim for 2 to 3 minutes and absolutely not go over 4 minutes. If you cannot do this then change name to 7 minute warning. Otherwise it is false advertizing. I know how hard it is to condense down a point to 3 minutes but when you do the point is better made.
