  1. The really scarey thing to me is that about a week before I received the Breakpoint "A Disturbing Scenario" I had mentioned the same thing to someone and they thought I was crackers. To me, that seemed very plausable, I could see that happen. But I was thinking of it in a little different way. (The following is my opinion not Breakfpoint's).I was thinking about the November elections and the very real threat to the Democrats. Most have heard of the "October Surprize, well I thought this would make a dandy one. If this should happen in October, then the democrats and the current administration would still be in power and perhaps stay in power November or no November because election would cease "temporarily" of course. From what I understand, China may already be selling US treasuries. I may be really streaching things a bit but I wouldn't put anything pass this administration and this congress. Fear can make you do all sorts of foolish things, even sell out your own country. By the way, after that person read "A Disturbing Scenario", they didn't think me quite so crackers.
