Whose Law Is It Anyway?: Darwinism and the Law
By: Charles W. Colson

Source: BreakPoint Radio
In just a few decades the American legal system has gone from expressing Christian convictions to exhibiting outright hostility to those same convictions. This occurred as more and more legal scholars, lawyers, and judges adopted the philosophy of naturalism and thus do not believe in any absolute God-given truth or law. Colson points out that removing God and His law from the legal system results in justice and morality being defined by whoever holds the reins of power.
