Christians often react in reflexive defensiveness to postmodernism, challenged by its critique of objective truth. A defense of the modernism that excoriated faith for the sake of reason is not the answer. Christians should recognize in postmodernism a recognition of the link between faith and truth and an opportunity for renewed spiritual discourse.
