Scott serves as Vice President of Finance & Administration and leads the Finance, Human Resources, Risk, Legal, and Technology functions of the ministry. Previously Scott was COO/CFO at David C. Cook for 15 years and also has experience with PwC and HP.  He has an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware and an MBA in Finance from Cornell University.

Scott and his wife Cynthia enjoy all the activities that Colorado offers from their residence near Denver.  They are very active in serving in the local church and formed a US charity to support a Brazilian Amazon ministry.  They enjoy their five grown children as well as nine grandchildren.
